How to make

1. Slice the green onions diagonally. Cut mizuna and enoki mushrooms into easy-to-eat pieces.
2. Warm the soup.
Pour the soup into a pot and bring to the boil. Once you see fine bubbles appear around the edges of the pot, turn the heat down to low.
*The soup may splatter when cooking, so be careful with the heat.
*Shake the soup well before adding it to the pot.
3. Make shabu-shabu
Add a suitable amount of vegetables and bring to a quick simmer. Shabu-shabu the meat and enjoy it with vegetables.
*Once it has boiled down, add hot water to adjust the taste.
