This coffee pot comes from Hario, a Japanese company that has been making glassware since the 1920s. Mizudashi is a cold brewed coffee.
Cold brewing prevents the coffee from being oxidized by the heat and allows it to extract the full flavor of the coffee beans.

This is a simple way to brew cold coffee. With 100g of naturally ground coffee and 1000ml of water, you can make 1 liter of Cold Brew Coffee at home. Let the ground beans soak for 12 hours and then mix with water or concentrate. Pour the cold brew over ice and simmer with milk or black.

The pot is made of heat-resistant glass with lid, screen frame and handle made of brown polypropylene and the mesh polyester.
