Opened in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo in 2018 by the owner who trained for 7 years at a famous Tanrei-style ramen shop in Kanagawa Prefecture. The store's signature menu item, "Chicken Paitan Noodles," is a bowl of smooth, springy homemade noodles in a thick, creamy chicken paitan soup made with only chicken and water.
