1. Order Processing

At iMomoko.com, our business days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Normal order cut-off time is 11:59PM Pacific Time (Next day 2:59 AM Eastern Standard Time) every day to process on the next business day, and ship out on the following business day. Please allow at least 2 business days for us to process your order.

Note:
Occasional delays in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or is out of stock. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, and/or carrier complications.

2. Shipping Carrier

At iMomoko.com, to ensure the best shopping experience, we use USPS/UPS/FedEx to deliver our packages. We also use other trusted shipping carriers depending on the situation. Track and confirmability and estimated delivery time are available. Signature is required on most of the packages.

Note:
Please double check and make sure the Shipping Information and address are correct, deliverable, and complete (Suite, Apt, Room, etc.). Also, be sure to receive and sign for the package if UPS needs a receiver to be there to sign for the package. UPS makes three delivery attempts excluding weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping to US

To ensure accurate tracking and prevent lost packages, we use USPS/UPS/FedEx service for domestic shipping. iMomoko.com provides Flat-rate $5.99 shipping for orders under $99, and FREE shipping for orders over $99 in U.S. 48 states. We also provide Discounted USPS Priority Mail/UPS/FedEx (2-3 Business Days) for order in U.S. 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders over $199, they are qualified for FREE shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

4. Shipping to Canada

Canada orders are sent every other week after placement, which may result in a 1-2 week delay. If you would like to request a faster shipment via USPS, we kindly ask that you contact customer service. Shipping is $12.99 for orders under $199. Orders over $199 ship FREE.

7. How long does it take for iMomoko.com to ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of the placed order. We ship orders out Monday – Friday. Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. We will e-mail you should there be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock.

9. Customs and Duties

We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. All international orders will be marked as merchandise. If you have special request, please add a note when placing the order so we know to do so.

Note:
Slight possibility customs may hold a package if customer doesn’t receive their order by the end of the third business day from when the order was shipped out. If this happens, contact iMomoko.com Customer Service.

10. Shipping Policy

We Ship Domestic and International to the Following Countries:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, Micronesia, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau, Northern Marina Islands, Costa Rica and Australia.

We Currently Do Not Ship to the Following:

PO Box, APO, and FPO

Please double check and make sure the Shipping Information is correct before submitting the order. Even if the order qualifies for free shipping, the customer will be responsible and charged for any additional shipping fee for the following:

Inaccurate Shipping Address and Undeliverable Address
Please double check and make sure the Shipping Information and address is correct, deliverable, and complete (Suite, Apt, Room, etc.). iMomoko.com is not liable for any inaccurate shipping information and address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and accurate shipping information and address for UPS to deliver. Any charges incurred by iMomoko.com in the process of re-routing or making an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. iMomoko.com will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges if possible.

*Note: We will cancel orders that use special characters in addresses, if there is a requirement to add a note to the address, please submit an email to help@imomoko.com with your order number or address corrections prior to shipment.

Full Address changes, such as changes to streets and building # will require order cancellations.

Unsuccessful Delivery
Please be sure to receive and sign for the package if UPS needs a receiver to be there to sign for the package. UPS makes three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the third and final delivery attempt has been made and the driver was unable to leave the package, UPS will return the package to the Sender. Any charges incurred by iMomoko.com in the process of Unsuccessful Delivery, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refused Shipments
Shipping charges incurred by iMomoko.com while attempting to deliver the item(s) / merchandise which is refused will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipments Bounce Back and Re-Shipments
iMomoko.com will inform the customer of the situation and if the customer wants the item(s) / merchandise, it is the customer’s responsibility for Re-Shipment of the Package. If the customer no longer wants the package, they will be responsible for the unsuccessful delivery and a 10% restocking fee. The customer will get a refund minus the shipping cost, unsuccessful delivery, and a 10% restocking fee. If the Customer doesn’t respond or contact iMomoko.com after 20 business days from the first notification of the Shipment Bounce Back, iMomoko.com will issue a refund minus the shipping cost, unsuccessful delivery, and a 10% restocking fee.

If any of the issues occurred due to iMomoko.com, iMomoko.com will be responsible for the additional incurred shipping charges only.

*Upon Request we can Ship with USPS Global Express for International Customers (usually 2-5 working days for delivery, please add another 2 to 3 business days for order verification and processing time.) with insurance tracking confirmation & shipping box. International orders will be marked as merchandise. If you have special request, please add a note when placing the order so we know to do so.

We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. We will charge the full shipping price for all international returns and exchanges. For high value orders please complete the Authorization Form and return it promptly otherwise it will cause delay.

* For packages that are unclaimed or abondoned due to customer refusal of paying customs and duties, the customer will be responsible for taxes & shipping.

* If your order has not arrived within the time period, there maybe delay due to your country's custom clearing process. Please Contact Us to help you locate your package at anytime.
