A pink castella with a strawberry scent from Susakiya, a long-established castella that was founded in 1867. The sourness and aroma of strawberries are added with the fruit juice powder of Kyushu's famous "Amamo'' and strawberry sauce. Baked with a refreshing aftertaste using a blend of techniques inherited for over 150 years and Susakiya's signature four types of sweetness. This is a new taste of castella created using Susakiya's traditional technique of baking each piece by hand.
