"Menzukuri" is a standard flavored non-fried cup noodle that is loved by the whole family. We are working to further strengthen our brand power by releasing a dish that reproduces Onomichi Ramen, a local ramen from Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture.

A bowl of non-fried medium-thin noodles made using the "smooth texture warm water smooth method'' and a soy sauce-flavored soup with a hint of dried sardines, based on the flavor of chicken and pork. The back fat floating on the surface of the soup gives it a rich flavor.
